Board Mission/Guidelines
The Midwest Rubber Company (the “Company”) Board of Directors (the “Board”) is committed to creating long-term value for its shareholders while operating in an ethical, legal, environmentally sensitive and socially responsible manner. Toward that goal, the Board performs a number of functions for the Company, including:
- Selection of Company leaders;
- Oversight of Company management; and
- Regular assessment of the effectiveness of management policies and decisions, including management’s development and execution of the Company’s strategies.
